For American 4x4 & Overland Shops

The AI agent foundation for the modern upfitter.

Built for the crew on the floor. Scan the rig, plan the build, price it, order the parts — and hand the customer a connected truck, not just metal and wiring.

The Workflow

From tape measure to signed build in one visit.

The measure-quote-order cycle is where custom builds stall. A truck sits in the bay while somebody hunts part numbers. OverlandOS collapses that into a single walk-around — and keeps going after the rig rolls out.

01

Scan

A tech walks the truck with a stock iPhone Pro. LiDAR captures the bed, the cab, the corners already taken.

02

Plan

The Rig-Fit agent turns that scan into a layout that respects the real constraints — wheel wells, tie-downs, payload.

03

Quote

A buildable plan priced off your own catalog and labor rates, ready before the customer leaves the lot.

04

Order

The parts list becomes draft POs against your suppliers, sequenced for the fastest realistic delivery. You release them.

05

Handoff

The rig leaves with five apps configured to that exact build. The relationship doesn't end at the invoice.

Runs standalone from day one. No rip-and-replace, no migration weekend, no retraining your crew on somebody's ERP. Hooks into the systems you already run when you're good and ready.

Spatial Intelligence

Measured once.
Never guessed.

Your tech walks the truck with a phone. What comes back isn't a photo — it's a dimensioned digital twin of the cargo area. The Rig-Fit agent reads it the way your best fabricator does: it knows the corners are eaten by wheel wells and the center is wide open.

The Core Engine

Workers, not dashboards.

Nobody in a busy shop wants another screen to babysit. These are purpose-built agents that do the work and hand it back for your signature.

AGENT 01

Rig-Fit Spatial

Reads the LiDAR scan and proposes a storage layout in minutes — placement, clearances, and payload math done before the coffee's cold.

AGENT 03

Control Plane

The foundation underneath: strict data isolation, hard budget caps, and model routing. Your pricing, your customers, your techniques stay yours.

IsolatedBudgetedAudited

Agents draft. Your people approve. Purchase orders, quotes, and anything a customer sees go out only when a human taps the button. Every action lands in an audit trail, and hard budget caps mean no surprise AI bill at the end of the month. That's what makes it safe to hand real work to software.

Built For The Floor

Your crew keeps the wrenches.

This doesn't replace anybody. It kills the part of the job nobody went to work for — hunting part numbers, rebuilding quotes in a spreadsheet, chasing a supplier who never called back.

Shop Owner

Quote it same day

Stop losing jobs to the two-week quote. Walk-ins turn into signed builds while the customer is still standing in the bay, and you can see margin on the plan before you commit steel.

Lead Fabricator

Cut once

The measurements come off a scan, not a tape and a memory. Fewer re-cuts, fewer surprise interferences, and a layout that already accounts for the wheel wells you were going to work around anyway.

Service Writer

Stop chasing parts

The parts list writes itself off the approved plan, and you release the POs. When something breaks on the trail two months later, the replacement is queued before the truck is back on pavement.

Built for shops that measure twice — and would rather scan once.

The Digital Handoff

They drive away with more than a build.

When the rig rolls out, it leaves with five iOS apps set up for that exact configuration — your shop, riding along in your customer's pocket.

All five are live on the App Store today — free for your customers, configured by your shop at delivery.

Why Shops Win

A build becomes a relationship.

Instead of a one-time transaction and a handshake in the parking lot, the app suite keeps your shop in the loop for every mile that follows — and every upgrade after it.

Day 1
Runs standalone. Hooks into your existing systems when you're ready.

Who's Behind It

Built by people who ship.

OverlandOS comes from Algorithm Overland — the team behind five AI apps live on the App Store and the multi-tenant agent platform underneath them. The agents in this product are the ones we run ourselves, not a slide deck.

Straight Answers

What shop owners ask first.

Do we have to replace what we already run?
No. OverlandOS runs the scan-plan-quote-order workflow standalone from day one. When you're ready, simple hooks connect it to the CRM, inventory, or website you already use. Nothing gets ripped out and nobody loses a weekend to a migration.
What hardware do we need to scan?
A recent iPhone Pro — the LiDAR sensor is already in it. No tripods, no targets, no calibration ritual. If your tech can take a photo, your tech can run a scan.
Does the AI order parts on its own?
No. Agents draft; your people approve. Purchase orders, quotes, and anything customer-facing go out only when a human taps the button, and every action is logged. Budget caps are enforced at the platform level, so there's no runaway AI bill.
Is our pricing shared with anyone?
Never. Every shop runs in its own isolated tenant with strict separation. Your pricing, your customer list, and your build techniques aren't visible to us or to any other shop on the platform. That isolation is the whole point of the control plane.
Will this put my guys out of work?
It takes the clipboard work, not the wrench work. Scanning, math, part numbers, and paperwork are what get automated — fabrication, judgment, and the customer relationship stay exactly where they belong. Shops that adopt it quote more jobs, not fewer.
What does it cost?
Launch shops get founding terms: flat monthly pricing, no per-seat games, and the five-app handoff included. Final pricing is being set with the first group — early shops lock their rate.
